I prefer homemade cage and terrarium - (were I change some glas for net). Also prefer open cages…

But I don´t always have homemade cages… They don´t live long… (when I build it in wood or from an old wardrobe)

I designed my own cages in aluminium and plexi glas… and made a company built it. It was very expensive. And, unfortunatly, I´m not that happy now a couple of years later. I never seem to find the best cage… but will keep on trying…

#2 the pet owners biggest dream is perfection. In the end, nothing is perfect enough for your beloved rats Heart

Love royal suite. Have 3 of the first model. I have built them into 2. Not the perfect cages. Yet, it is still the cage I have preferred the most. A lot I don't like about them.
But as ferret owner, they are very safe and hard to get out or in. Not so big as I would like to have, But enough.

#4 money and time is the worst enemy. When you have one of them, you don't have the other.

I chose grid cage. Would like to try and make my own cage one day. But at the moment my two girls are living in a Ferplast Scoiattolo tower. But they are getting older and not so nimble when climbing so I should really get a lower, more senior friendly cage.

#7 It's standing in our small bedroom so it's not the best angle but it's dimensions are 80 x 75 x h 152
